That is a good question... I don't believe so, because we are in two seperate locations. Is that why? That just doesn't seem right? Kind of makes signing a form and having digital signatures pointless? A signature should be a signature, should not matter what the source is.

You must be reading my mind!!! I was thinking the same thing, just hoping I wouldn't have to do that, but oh well... it's a Microsoft product, so I should really start coming to expect it... LOL Wish there was a way around it!!!

I am publishing the form to a directory on our network, then, my coworkers open and save the file as the determined form to the project they are working on.

I am looking for an answer to this also. But if you leave the attachment area blank then nothing is there in the email message. Is there a way to submit the form in the body of the email, but do not have the acual file attached to the email?
