  • Re: Form Library not showing submitted forms

It's a new library, with a new form template. I tried re-publishing to another library and again had no luck... Fortunately, I don't need to actually see the files (they're created and opened from another form), so it's not critical. It is, however, mildly annoying.

  • Re: Version History

I've done this before, to an extent. What information do you need on the version history? Do you need to display it within the Infopath form? Here's basically what I've done: Create a repeating section called ''Version_History'' or something like that in the form. In the form's onload event, try this: ============== objOldSource = new ...

  • Form Library not showing submitted forms

I have a number of form libraries in Sharepoint 2003 housing Infopath 2003 forms. I submit my forms with a DAVAdapter, using the Submit method. This has all worked wonderfully until yesterday. For some reason, a new form I've created will save to Sharepoint but is only visible in the ''Explorer View''. Any thoughts on this? I'm baffled. The ...

  • Re: Error with DataObjects

Are you coding in JScript? If so, ''dim'' should be ''var''. But other than that, I'm probably not the one to answer this.. Sorry.

Is this helpful? http://weblogs.asp.net/jan/archive/2004/03/16/90533.aspx I have used this method in conjunction with WScript.Network to get the user's ID...

  • Re: JScript to extract attachment file name?

That would not work because Infopath automatically encodes the file (and includes the file name in a header) when the user attaches it. So there's no point at which you can grab the file name (or path) that I can see. The only (?) solution I can think of is to decode the header generated by Infopath, but it needs to be done by JScript.

  • JScript to extract attachment file name?

I've been searching and experimenting with code for nine hours now, and can't come up with anything helpful on this question: Does anyone have JScript code to extract the file name from an attached file? I've tried re-writing the VBScript implementation (found here:http://www.motobit.com/tips/detpg_Base64/) but failed; I also don't have Visual ...

  • Re: Passing data between forms

Sash, I'll give that a try. It looks like exactly what I want. Unfortunately, I can't use different views, because I'd be pulling in a few hundred schemas for all the templates that make up the subforms. Thanks, guys!

  • Re: Passing data between forms

But... Does anyone know how to get the ''supporting'' form to pass data back to the original form? For instance, I push a button on ''Form A'', which can create a new ''Form B''. The user fills out Form B and clicks ''Save''. Is there some way to send data from Form B back to Form A without saving/closing/updating/reopening Form A? Any thoughts ...
