Hi, I was wondering if there is a tool out there that will tell if a new InfoPath form revision is compatible with old, other than publishing it and having old forms blow up? InfoPath/SharePoint 2010/2013

I know there are differences between "Form Load" and Qrules "finishedLoading." Up to now I have, probably like many newbes, used Form Load a lot. Actually, that was the first thing I did try. Could this feature somehow be coupled with the user profile somehow? I know where I work, there is a lot of stuff locked down in our user profiles.

I know I'm fighting the development environment. I would like to somehow 'pin' the fields window pane on the left.
