Looks like this issue is due to the fact that the column "Page Content" is from the Article content type.  I saw a simlar question asked here in 2011, (http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/20826/72134.aspx#72134 ) but no reply :-(. server SP 2010 not 365 InfoPath 2010 form published to form library and set to open in browser mode  The form works (opens) fine in the filer (IPFS) only change today: admin published another form earlier today.  That one is working fine.
