here is a screenshot, i have blanked a few bits out i want to keep secure. servername is obviously where i am typing the name of the server...

I have created a form that i want to publish to a sharepoint document library. I have setup SQL mapping etc and that appears to be working but when i try to enter the URL of the sharepoint site (on the sharepoint tab) in DAT i get the following error...  "S0002: Caught exception ensuring Sharepoint form library ...
