As per http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/31957/109117.aspx - have you checked w/ Formotus support?

Have you checked w/ Formotus support? I'm happy to take a look at the form's submit rules & see if there is anything obviously wrong - just attach under Options to a reply.

Not easily, I think - you'd have to loop through the Park-wide ITM Compliance List to get the data. What version of SharePoint? There are ways to loop in both SharePoint 2010 & 2013 workflows, but if I recall correctly, it is a little easier in 2013. I don't have direct knowledge on either, as I've not built a workflow that ...

The thing is, a multi select doesn't set items to true / false. A multi select is bound to a repeating field. When the user selects an item, InfoPath adds an instance of the node and sets the value to the value of the selected item. Open up one of your XML files in a text editor and you'll see this. Hmmm. So maybe the workflow can't be manually started? And in both instances (workflow runs & workflow errors) the same values are used in the list item? May need to try to track it down in the SharePoint logs...

Sorry, I ran out of time to repro this - I'd suggest you run through the code in debug if you aren't already to see what's going on - I'm curious about why you are resetting the previous participant id and name to blank on the value change operation, and why you have e.Site.MoveToNext(); in the insert case? One thing that may ...

Oh, I see - yah, if you just want to cancel their change if any exist already, then the changing event should be fine (and probably more straightforward than trying to set the people picker back to the original value). BUT what I think is happening is that the people picker is probably special - when the value changes, the control probably ...

What is the exception? When does it happen? Most likely you'll need code.
