Hi MFrumer and welcome to our forum!
This looks difficult. You might try using either an HTML popup dialog or the taskpane as possible workarounds. I'm pretty sure that the view isn't going to let you programmatically access the dropdown like you want.

Hi Beth and welcome to our forum!
Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm guessing that you are in the InfoPath designer. Is that true? Have you tried exporting the form to form files and manually removing the username from the XSF file before publish? There's probably an easier way, but I'd try that first. I don't think you can populate the ...

Hi Jeppe Christensen and welcome to our forum!
I'm not sure I completely understand your scenario. Are you changing the schema for the form (XSD file) or the sample data file for it (XML file)? Your dropdown values should not be coded to values in the form's schema - rather, you should use some other data source to prevent problems when you have ...

Hi Tobias and welcome!
Yes, you can change the name of the published solution every time you change it (and publish to a new location). You can also use a product like our Database Accelerator that supports audit tracking and reporting on multiple versions. Send me e-mail if you want more info. Good luck!

Hi Tatopitta,
Good question! You can buy a code-signing certificate from a third party - like Verisign - and use that anywhere connected to the Internet (and anywhere that trusts Verisign! :)). The downside is that they are expensive. I think ~$500 for a code-signing certificate.
If you are using CA that is installed on your server, however, it ...

Hi RGG and welcome to our forum!
Sorry for the delay in responding. Why not just set a value in your DOM (preferably secondary data source) and use conditinoal formatting based on that to hide/show a section containing the buttons?

Hi Yoav,
Sorry for the delay in responding to you. This is a good question. My guess is that the digital signature will be calculated based on the file attachment since contents must not change and the file attachment is considered contents (and in fact base64-encoded in the form's data). You could try a little experiment and create a form with ...

What is the function that the code is in? Is it OnAfterChange or OnSubmitRequest? I think the SPListItem dereference may be bad. Not sure about the syntax but [''Status] seems bad. And, the list items can't be set to strings since they are objects. Do you have the SharePoint SDK?
If you'd like, we can spend a couple hours and fix this for you. ...

Hi again Christiane,
No, it's easy to update. We do this too for several projects. Do you have the signature on the section or the entire DOM? Maybe you aren't using per-section signatures even though you mentioned that above. I'd check on that. You'll want to use the OnSubmit event handler to get the SPListItem after submitting and then modifying ...
