Your screenshot still doesn't show - but I'm wondering - maybe you are working with a SharePoint List form? Those are different from "regular" browser forms. You can always attach your screenshot or form file under the Options tab in a reply.

I'd use GetErrorCount to find out if there are errors - if there are, execute GetErrors and don't run any rules after that. Show the result on the form or in a dialog - up to you.

You can copy rules on one field and paste them onto another field. But I am having a very hard time understanding what your issue is and what you are trying to do. Generally - if someone has 40 fields that need the same rules, I think there may be a design issue & that the schema should be leveraging repeating fields. It could also be that you ...

Hi there!
1. This is likely because of IE text settings - if your text settings in IE are not Medium, your form in filler will look wacky. InfoPath uses IE for rendering. I also have my monitor DPI at 125% so have similar issues due to that.

Can you attach your screenshot under the options tab in a reply? It doesn't display currently. You can copy and paste rules, but they sometimes need a little clean up after.

Is the form you are trying to open with the hyperlink a SharePoint List form? Based on the URL in your first post, I'd think you are. And the link should open a new copy of the form, and you are trying to pass in the ID as an input parameter?
Based on this:
when I click on the nominate button it pulls one piece of data when ...

Sorry - didn't mean to miss this! So - I'm still kinda confused - can you add some screenshots or something to help me? You can attach a zip file under the options tab in a reply - maybe add some screenshots & details to a Word doc?

Hi - Is this a filler form? I'm wondering if the users who have the issue maybe have a "bad" copy of the form cached? So - maybe on one of the users w/ IP 2010 who is having the issue, you could remove the form from the cache and see what happens. Open InfoPath Filler, under New, find the form template, right click and select Remove. ...
