Hi ldkud,
So to clarify, you want to list all of the people in AccMgrs who are not in Weekly Summary Report. Is that right? If so, I think this might work:
substring(xdMath:Eval(xdMath:Eval(xdXDocument:GetDOM("AccMgrs")/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:SharePointListItem_RW/d:Name[not(. = xdXDocument:GetDOM("Weekly ...

Hello,
Please try giving Textbox2 the following default value formula:(sum(../my:Textbox1| ../preceding-sibling::my:RepeatingGroup/my:Textbox1) - 6000 - sum(../preceding-sibling::my:RepeatingGroup/my:Textbox2)) * (sum(../my:Textbox1| ../preceding-sibling::my:RepeatingGroup/my:Textbox1) >= 6000) Alternatively, you could add a hidden field ...

The logic sounds like it should work, except that instead of contains you should be using equals. Is the multi-select control using the same source field for both Display and Value? Perhaps there's a problem with the capitalization?

At present, the only feasible way I know of doing this is to use code. I guess it could be done with some complex rule logic, but I've never attempted that.
Here is a thread on the code approach:

Hello Shrout,
qRules' CopyTable command can be used to copy entire repeating tables from one place to another and that might be able to accomplish what you're looking to do. I'd imagine you'd have a data source like this:
TopGroup

Here's what I suggest:
Create a new field in the repeating group called InvalidDate. Give it the following default value: msxsl:string-compare(../my:StartDate, ../preceding-sibling::my:RepeatingGroup[1]/my:EndDate) <= 0you'll probably need to change the field names to match your form.
Then add a validation rule to ...

400 rows sounds like a fairly big number. I think the most effective solution would be to find a way to query fewer rows, either by filtering the query, or using cascading dropdowns.

This is a .NET library for use in interacting with DBXL from .NET code. See the following blog post for more details:
http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/jimmy/archive/2012/09/18/interacting-with-dbxl-from-code-qdabra-dbxl-client.aspx
The current version is 2.6.0.0.

So you mean you have a pre-made word document that you would like users to be able to open and use in Word?
If so, you can simply add a File Attachment control, and in the control's properties, use the Specify default file: option to specify that file.
