Hi RoccoNH1 and welcome,
No need to code. Check your list size. If there are >100 rows, you should add a filter.
First, go into the data connections and click modify on your query data connection and make sure to uncheck the option "Automatically retrieve data when the form is opened."

Thanks HTH for posting and sorry to hear that you had to wade through that swamp.
When setting up the query on SharePoint 2010, there is a checkbox for returning just the active form only (see picture below). I wonder if that provides a workaround.
Another idea is to simply use DBXL's Query SharePoint command, which can be passed a ...

Hi Jan,
We were considering deprecating this because nobody's using it, but we can add it back to v5.2 if you purchase the product. v5.2 will be out by end of September and if you aren't happy we have a nice 30 day money back guarantee (if you aren't satisfied).

Let us know more details.
Thanks!

The trigger to insert should not be on the checkbox since the value doesn't change. I moved it to the repeater.
Also, the insert needs to insert to the correct parent, so I added a filter.
See attached.

Hi Ramu,
This is easy. Just add formatting rules to the three fields to hide them when barcode status is entry or make them "disabled" if the barcode status is approved, etc. Managed rules, add rule, formatting, ... eminently doable.
