Take a look at the difference in the URLs between a new doc & when you open an existing doc. I'm pretty sure that would explain the behavior you see when you are refreshing. However - I don't know what is causing the issue you are seeing for some users.
-
Cool - yah, I can def. give you a hand with this. :)
-
Sure - so you are using the Insert command from qRules, then rules to populate your data? Or is this custom code?
-
I should add - if you need to get the Office data from another list, add a data connection to that list, and use that for the data source in your drop down. :)
-
If you are using the Insert command from qRules - you could just copy in the rows that meet your date range.... does that solve the issue? As to your filtering - can you click the checkbox in the formula editor for sum(EstPS[Title = VendorPS]) and paste the full XPath in a reply? Oh & let me know where in the schema that formula is being used? ...

You can attach a screenshot under the Options tab - just save it locally on your machine as an image, and you can then add the file to a reply. If item 1 is simply your column header in your form, you should be able to change that text? But maybe I don't understand... Oh - you can also attach your template under the Options tab instead, then I ...

Not really - since it succeeds in filler / fails in browser, I'd think the answer would be in the logs. You could try converting your data connection to UDCX & see if that helps?
-
You may want to set your logging to verbose - I don't see anything about InfoPath in this snippet. Do you have multiple front ends?
-
Do you have access to the ULS logs? I'd check there next....
-
You probably won't be able to do this with list forms. You'd need a regular InfoPath form where you set up your one to many relationship, then code, qRules or CAML to submit to your second list. I am guessing that right now you have a secondary data connection on your main form with your second list data - changes to data in ...
