Hi Shaun,
Sorry for the huge delay over the holidays responding to this. Current() is one of the most difficult functions to figure out. We do this all the time, but it's not easy. Good luck and if you need more assistance feel free to buy some hands-on time from us. We have blocks available in our store.
Why not just use SQL? SharePoint is not ...

Hi Jason,
I don't remember if we answered this in the other forum or not. If not, please let me know and we'll dig into it.

Hi Snyderjd,
Somehow we missed this over the holidays. Sorry about that! You can use concat function to do this. In the E-mail data connector, click on the Fx button next to Subject and then click on ''concat''. Click on the parameters and select the fields in your form that you want to concatenate together. You may need to add a few parameters ...

Hi Phlip60 and welcome to our forum!
With our Qdabra Database Accelerator Web Service, you can do this without code (we have an EnumerateDatabase method that takes filter parameters which can be bound to the form). Without it, you have to write code, and it gets worse - you need .NET SQL Client permissions which is a deployment hurdle. If you want ...

Hi TheOnlyMaX and welcome to our forum!
Sorry for the delay. SharePoint doesn't support this level of filtering without writing some ASPX code. Are these people always unrelated or do they fall into well defined groups? 1) have you looked at the new Single Sign On stuff?
2) yes, use the URL (see my reply to another of your posts)
3) look at the java source code in the SharePoint pages that have XML form opening buttons for some sample code
4) depends on what you need to do with it. there are SharePoint Web methods to do this - have you looked at the ...

Hi Ekzarov,
Your XML looks wrong. Field needs a closing tag. Also, you'll have to add a bunch of Processing Instructors to get it to open in InfoPath. The form template name, etc. Save an XML from InfoPath and open it in notepad to see the info it adds. This is also documented in the SDK I think.

Hi Markus,
You're on the bleeding edge here. I don't know the answer either but I'm guessing that you can add a rule or something in the form that will cause it to be updated. There are a number of things which will refresh the form and there may even be some settings in the browser compat settings tab that help you here - I haven't looked. Let us ...

Hi Happydigit,
Can you share with us the code you have that isn't working?
