I have a form that is connected with a database. In my DB I have records that contains the username of the user.
On load, the form has to load the information from the DB. That is working fine, now InfoPath load all the records.
But I only need the records of the current user.
How is it possible to do a query where I say that I ...

Nice catch. I updated the regex to also handle a decimal format.
[\(.]?[2-9]\d\d[\).]?[ \-]?[2-9]\d\d[\-.]\d{4}
Matches:
200-200-0000
(200)200-0000
(200) 200-0000
200.200.0000
Thanks and everyone should definitely use this expression rather than the built in one for US phone numbers. ...

So are you saying that some rows have flat amounts, and other rows have per-hour amounts? Do you have the Total Hours column displaying the expected amount in both cases?

Looks like you need to use a backslash before hyphens. Perhaps the people who designed this regex parser thought it would be better that way because hyphens sometimes have a semantic meaning in regular expressions.

I did that using the Default Value dialog. It's available on the Data tab.

Hi Mate,
Thanks very much for your reply. what you are talking about is publishing from from INfopath directly to sharepoint library. I'm deoploying through WSP and infopath form is attached to a content type. That is why I'm mapping each field with infopath XSD.

I am having the hardest time just resizing a simple picture button I created in powerpoint. Whenever I try to enter the height and width, the width always resets to 100% and the dragging controls are crazy and go all inverse and wierd on me. When I can finally get it somewhere near where I want it be by very slowly dragging it, when I click ...

I'm using it in a default value formula
Functionally it works, but I think there is room for improvement. It calculates the sum of all of the text boxes, so if there is only an amount on one row, and not amount * hours, the result will be off.

Cheers Jimmy... it was the former. The rule was on the dropdown and as both you and Hilary pointed out, the current function was required. I added it into the formula and it worked fine!
Many thanks to you both
