It's just a data connection from the tools->data connections, and get it from a share-point list.
I'm using info path 2007, share point 2010 and it has to be browser compatible.

I'm trying to display created by field from form library SP 2010 on mu custom IP form 2010. To see who created the form.
I created the SP connection to my form library to get the created by field.
I have created 2 rules which are triggered when form is opened :
1st If the Title ( mandatory field) is blank, then I'm displaying ...

How are you querying this data into InfoPath? I just tested (Office 365 and InfoPath 2010). The column is "Number" with "Number of decimal places" set to 0. I create an OOB data connection to receive data from this SharePoint list, and it is returned as a whole number in my form.

no this is not the case.
I already have multi lang forms, but there is some build in (system) strings, messageBox texts etc.
Witch depends on machine lang.

Are the month/year values in MM/yy, MM/yyyy, M/yy, yyyy-MM, or some other format? Are they in a uniform format?

I am trying to implement a staff competancy management system onto SharePoint on Office 365. I already have a staff list with name, location and staff no etc. Each person has a number of different competancies different periodicities.
