Hi - what are you talking about? The thread is about using the built in InfoPath List data connections, not the SharePoint web services. I don't understand what "Flex 2" or "Flex 3" have to do with the topic at hand - can you elaborate?

Hi, I'm attaching a sample. I set field2 as a decimal and added a custom validation rule to it. Save the file locally, right click and select Design to open in design mode. From there you can preview.

I'm wondering if it isn't updating in the InfoPath cache for some reason. Does this happen whether you are opening existing XML or creating a new form? What version of IP are you using?

I have a repeating group (partNumProduced) nested within another repeating group (ToolingForm). Currently, only certain drives are displayed when the other options are displayed. But I would like to create a new rule to display all drives when "Other" is true/selected.

Hi - when you say a link to the form, do you mean a link someplace other than the library? Is this 2010 or 2007? Try adding noredirect=true to your link - does that help at all?
