You could set a rule on the file attachment that removes the special characters using the translate xpath function.
The rule would set the value of the field equal to translate(field, '&','') - where the ampersand is a special character and the double quote at the end is actually to single quotes.

Why not just create an XSLT?

Doreen - thanks! I owe you one.
Tesoro - forget about user roles or whatever. Just add fields to your form. One field for userRole. Another for workflowStatus. Set these fields in rules and then add formatting rules to hide-show based on them.

Easiest way would be to add all three fields to a section and add formatting rules to that section. The formatting rules now include not just the barcode status but also the barcode field. So you have to have a condition which has this value or that value (or this value AND that value). You don't need to add a section - you can simply copy the ...

To submit the requested days off to the calendar, there are a couple options - you can submit the days using CAML or qRules. We ...

You seem very close to a solution. Assuming you have a query that loads all of the data from this list (when the form opens or on some buttom click), you'll want to have two rules - one for supervisor and another for agent. If the supervisor opens the form (use a field with a condition) then your supervisor rule will ...

Hi DGajjar and welcome,
We just webinar'd this last month (youtube.com/Qdabra) and showed a form that has automatic fixups. So, you can publish it anywhere and it will auto-fix up the data connections on load. See the "Change URLs view" in the attached sample an read the explanation at the bottom.
Good luck!

Hi CMartinKo and welcome,
You can map your forms to a list and use that to aggregate information on employees. To map form data to a list, you need to promote it to SharePoint form library (form options->promoted properties). Then, you create a workflow to add items to a list. We demonstrated this in our weekly webinar on June 27th. See the ...

reduces maintenance cost
piece-of-cake easy
cheap or free
Free trial is here: http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules_new.aspx. After you ...
