I honestly think your scenario might be pretty simple, and you may not need any special tools at all - what do you need to do with the resulting server data (that shows the applications belonging to the server)? I think you may just need a simple list form (for your servers) that allows people to select multiple items from the applications list.

I agree. Since the repeating table rows are inserted dynamically wouldn't I need to have a delete command in there to remove the them so the list could be rebuilt?
