Hi snyderjd,
From the screenshot, it looks like you are trying to work with DAT from within a web browser. This has never been tested and the form relies on several InfoPath-specific functions to render correctly. After opening DAT in the InfoPath rich client you can click the '?' button to view a contextual help pane ...

Hi Sharksfan,
You can do this with a custom data validation on the attachment node. Double-click the node in the Data Source task pane, go to Data Validation tab, and then add a rule that is true when:
"Attachment node is blank" AND
"Checkbox is true"
Now, add a custom error message and you should be good to go!

Hi thinking_spot and welcome to the forums!
This does seem like a rather complicated situation. I think it would be easier here to do a string compare. Try this:

Hi Vic and welcome to the forums!
Although I haven't done this before, I think it should be doable. Add the audio file as a Resource File from the Tools menu, then you'll have to make a custom XSL edit.
Extract the form files, and then find the XSL for the view you want to play the music on. Make an edit near the top of the file to put an ...

Hi Marina,
I played around with this a little bit and it looks like all of the calculations are happening as they should. I couldn't reproduce any rounding errors. Could you reproduce the situation in a simple form and mail it to me?
You could rethink your rounding assumptions, or try to cook up a crazy default value formula using the modulus of ...
