I don't think there is anything to fix here (for your column name question). This is just what happens sometimes with InfoPath & SharePoint.

I have with issue in infopath 2010.
I have a field "Pre CTA Approver" and I have published this field into a library ...

See if the attached form gets you pointed in the right direction. Save the linked file locally. Right click on the saved file and select Design to open in design mode. Then you can preview and try the form out.

You know - I have another idea. What about using repeating tables instead, formatted to look like multi-selects? We used to do that back when you couldn't use multi-selects in the browser.

Okay - I was wrong. Even if I set this up so that we only have certain options in each box, they will show anything selected even if not one of the options.... Sorry, I think you'll have to just have three multi-selects bound to three different repeating fields.

If we use an XML file, stored as a resource in the form, we can do this. I'll work up a sample later today.

Under the Default data tab in the ribbon you can add additional default rows and set values. :)

Oh! so bound to the same repeating field, but each one only has specific options! That is an interesting concept. Let me think about it a little & I'll get back to you. I think I have an idea that may work. In your real form, will the values be hard coded, or do they come from a secondary data connection?

I think you need a form load rule to handle this - so - if the title data field is not blank, set the title query field to that value and run the query? I'm kinda being vague because I'm not really sure if this will work. If I have time today I'll give it a try and see if I can get you some more specific instructions.

I think the only way around this would be to use a different data structure. If you used a repeating structure, you could use the eval function to do the math. See attached sample, download it locally, right click and select design to open in design mode, then preview. I'm using default data & formatting rules to get the items onto the ...

Oh, forgot to include that! See attached. My button and my "button" are kinda ugly, but you can adjust the formatting in your form - by switching to a calc'd value for your disabled button, you don't get highlighting on hover, etc - all the stuff that makes us think a button is live.
