That's wild - have you figured the issue out? If not, let me know and I'll see if it reproduces for me. What version of SharePoint?
-
I've heard that if you have different versions (32 bit vs 64 bit) of Office installed this can happen - i.e. 32 bit IP 2013 & 64 bit Office 2016 or vice versa.
-
Happy to help & glad that will work for you. :)

So - to do this without code, you'll need to use the web services. What are the errors you received? It may be a server configuration issue. I'm guessing you are not using Office 365?
-
I'm glad you posted this, now we have the info here, where hopefully others will be able to find it. :)

Fiddler came back with the not so helpful "Server was unable to process request. ---> Object reference not set to an instance of an object.". Do you have an earlier copy of the form that still will publish as browser enabled? You may want to compare that with your latest. I continue to think that you may have to just use default data ...

Hey - I think I've run into this before downloading XML from SharePoint in C# code. If I recall correctly, adding the parameter ?NoRedirect=true to the end of the URL solved the issue - maybe give that a try?

Unfortunately, developing with InfoPath 2013 requires Visual Studio 2012. More here: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/ee526362.aspx

See attached for what I mean - preview and in the second table (RAW view) you'll see the qty is set for as many rows as you enter in the table in view one.
-
You could use a default for this, and just direct the user to enter the same number of rows as in the first view customer table?
