It depends. If you use a list form customized with InfoPath, then yes, that is what InfoPath + SharePoint is. Do you want them to be able to enter individual items, but also see all the current (active) items? If so, you could just add a query to the list as a secondary data connection, and display the data that is already present. You can set ...

Not sure. I've never tried opening a form w/ input params from Access. You can attach your screenshot under the Option tab in a reply - perhaps someone else will have an idea.

Have you tried the URL syntax instead? "file:\\mytestserver\Poll_test.xml?MyID=26" I don't know if that would work, but you may as well try it. :)

You have to add code to the form to retrieve that parameter value. See this blog post for more info: https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/infopath/2007/02/26/passing-data-into-a-form-input-parameters/

What are you trying? Do you have code in the form to get the parameter values?

I'm not sure I understand the desired outcome. If you want to create a single form that shows all the items in a list (won't that get unwieldy?) you could create a form bound to the list that manages multiple items and query for all the items on load....

I think I just replied to the other post you had with this form - change the binding on the dropdown so it is bound to the query field instead of the data field - I think if you check your working form that will be the difference.

I wonder if it the binding on the dropdown? You have it bound to the data field, not the query field - so I'd check that first.

If you fill out the form manually with multiple users selected in the same people picker, and open the XML with a text editor, you'll see that the pc:Person node actually repeats (see attached screenshot), and I don't think there is going to be any way (outside of code) to get this to behave the way you need it to.... I mean, if you know ...

Do you have a form with the columns already in place? Just wondering what the data structure is. Short answer is yes, this is possible, but it would be great to get a copy of your form - you can attach it under the Options tab in a reply. :)
