Welcome to Infopathdev Forums
You cannot send only views to different people.The form is sent as a whole. But you can set views to different people by default and hide the other views based on user roles, but the form will be sent in complete.

You should have to build the form using the dataconnection and also the database should be the main connection if you want to submit the data to it.
There are numerous Howto's and Tricks on this site which will be helpful in getting ideas to do it. Try searching the forums database also.

Follow the following steps
Open the Datasource and Double click on the Fields(textboxes)
In the Properties window change the datatype to Rich Text(XHTML)
Now select the same text box in the design view and right click with your mouse
Select Change To Rich Text box

You can do so by changing the binding in the repeating table properties
Double click on the Table to open properties
Click on Change Binding and select datasource in the next window and follow the instructions thereon.
