I believe you would need to change views, Print, then change views back to the "filling" view.
To clear the data, you would need to clear the fields one by one... or open a new form, of couse.
To remove some toolbar options, check in File > Advanced Form Options. You should be able to remove some things there.I don't ...

There's no out of the box behavior to achieve this in InfoPath. The data connection is going to query the entire data set and that data is then available in your secondary data source. Paging sounds like an interesting project to develop, but there's nothing I can think of in InfoPath to achieve this. Sorry!

The only time I have personally experienced this is when the page has not finished loading, and I click Add Document. It's like the page doesn't know (yet) that it's supposed to open the form in the browser.
Otherwise, just make sure that the form is browser enabled and that the form library is set to open forms in the browser.

I have a form with a repeating table which is bound to external data source. I have 3 columns in the repeatinng table. The data source returns 30-40 rows at a time.

Out of the box, InfoPath forms can only be used to submit forms to forms libraries, as maktienzo has described. This will create an XML file in the Library.
To manipulate List data, you need code. If you don't want to write that code yourself, you can use qRules from Qdabra. This forum has lots of information about that. ...
