Hey, Jerry & all, wanted to update this - just heard from a Microsoft Support contact who has been looking into the issue:... we have identified what caused the problem and a fix is in the works! It is in testing now but should be rolled out to the OnLine environment soon. :-)

Disable the rules. Enter time in the report time field, with the colon, so you don't get the validation error. Use File > Save As to save the XML. Open the XML in a text editor like Notepad. Search for Report_time to find the node. What's the data look like?

How many fields are in your form? It might be easiest to just use rules to clear each field...

Well - it is messy. If I enter 900, the colon is supposed to go after the first digit, and you'll need a 0 before the first digit. If I enter 1400, it has to go after the second digit.
