I don't think so - I think they will be "cleaned up" for you. :) What about using 2 calculated value controls with the spaces in between them on the canvas?

When you select the field you want from the field picker, there is a "Filter data" button - you can use that to add an XPath filter. Attach a sample form under the Options tab if you need a hand.

Great, holler if you get stuck. I found the display vs. actual data value confusing for quite a while, so I always like to look at what the data really is - makes it easier. :)

The link is usually different for a browser form. Go to the library and open the new form from there - copy that URL and use it in your hyperlink. :)

Cool - yeah, I'd anticipate your customized lists will migrate correctly - the lists will have to be in classic mode in O365 & I anticipate will be, since they have customized IP forms. :)

I'm confused, I'm sorry - List forms are browser forms by default. Are you instead talking about Filler forms? If these are list forms - they should still open up in the browser. Well - as a developer, I have some strong feelings about this. Especially since I often do development work for outside clients. I am always worried about doing damage to production data with a change, and then having to figure out how to fix it (if that's even possible). Like - what if I do something stupid in my workflow, and no one ...

Try running a repair on InfoPath (or Office) - Oh, and make sure they are both the same version bit-wise, like both 64-bit or both 32-bit.

It seems like your requirement to disable some fields (and format them) could be done with conditional formatting rules. You'd need a secondary data connection to the first table so you could check & see what the values are for the given item. Based on your screenshot for your second requirement, I'd guess you just need to add a field ...
