So - Is this a browser form? Or are you using InfoPath Filler? I'd use a slightly different approach for each, is why I'm asking. And are you using a list form? Or a library form?

Any chance you'd want to use Power Automate instead of SPD Workflow? I'm assuming from your post that you are using SharePoint Online - you'd have more control of this there, as you could use an SMTP connection.

You'll have to use workflow for at least the delete from the original library portion - just submitting the XML to a new location will not remove it from the original library. You might want to submit first to the original library with a status of complete, then in your rules, also submit to the new location, then your workflow only needs to ...

Can you tell me what the error message is? What are the submit rules?

Thank you very much for your reply. Yes I have tried this and it does work, originally I was binding the fields to the data query fields and of course they kept changing as I queried the connection each time, so I cleared those bindings out and set the value of the fields within the rules. And I can query as many times as I wish .

I don't think that will be possible using out of the box list form functionality. Best I can think of is to set a field's value and use Power Automate on the list to use that value and delete the attachments after the list item has been resaved.

Oh, good job! Sorry I missed this last week, but it looks like you got it squared away on your own. :)

It depends on how you are using the results. If you query the data connection, use rules to set some fields, and then query the data connection again with a different filter, that will work fine. If you are using it for a dropdown, however, whatever the last result set is will display (same issue with a default value).

SOLVED
It was simple. Solved by the expression: number(../my:F_x00e6_llesudbud[. = "Nej"] and ../my:F_x00e6_llesudbud_x0020__x002d__[. = ""])

Hi,
We have a SP Online list which is customized by InfoPath Form (InfoPath 2013). We have a certain requirement where in if a drop down field value is "No", all the attachments of that item needs to be deleted.
