how can i set workflow up to send another email if formstate hasnt changed after 7 days?

I have a form which when form state = awaiting employee, the employee recieves an email and needs to open form to confirm, but employees arent doing this so i need to add some workflow in that says if formstate still = awaiting employee after 7 days of the first email being sent, send a reminder email, then another reminder email ...

Or you could create a single query, and requery with different data as needed. Just make sure you don't check the box to return data on load and then give it a try - just drag the query and data fields onto your form and add a button that executes the query - then you can test it out a bit and get a feel for what I'm trying to describe. :)

I was misreading your explanation, for sure. So I could create multiple data connections to the same list, but use the query fields to limit what loads....that way I can have large lists that load only partially when called. I will try that. Thank you for clearing that up for me.
