What I would like the form to do is to cross reference the date and time field in the form against the outlook account for each person to see if there is a corresponding ...

Hello all,
I have three fields in a form:
StartTime
EndTime
Duration
I'm trying to calculate in the Duration field the time difference between the times entered in StartTime and EndTime.
e.g. If StartTime is 15:00 and EndTime is 15:30 the Duration field should populate with 00:30

I have made good progress by reading other threads. I now have got the query working using events (change event on a check box). The user selects the "capex funded" checkbox. I have 3 actions on the change event. 1, set the query field to the name of the project, query the data source and then set the local capex ...

This isn't you - it is InfoPath.
I don't recall the differences, but I do remember comparing the data connection stored between a form that was saved as IP 2007 compatible from IP 2010 and one that was created in IP 2007 - and there was a difference.
Open your form in InfoPath 2007 in design mode and walk through the data connections ...

Hello all,
Please forgive my noobishness in this matter.
I work for the government and and at a limited access position, implying non-it position.
I do not have access to Sharepoint 2010 Server to upload forms on, so that is out of question.
My Need:
