I'm wondering why your table is so far to the right on your form layout. Can you move it more to the left? If it needs to be that far to the right for some reason, you may want to create a print view with the table to the left of the form area.

Okay - so, can you put the Qdabra Rules error node on your form and make sure the form is not set to close after submit?
