Hi, When you publish your form to document library, after giving the document library name you will get the window to add promoted properties.
In that promote properties window, Select the column/property that you want to edit in the data grid/sheet

Hi,First remove that promoted Field from the Promoted properties and publish that form to SharePoint.Now agian add that promoted field and add "aggregation="plaintext"" in the manifest.xsf file. And publish to the sharepoint.

I never tried this by using sharepoint designer. But this will work from manifest. Follow the steps which told by Madhuri.

Hi,
You can use text box instead of rich text box. And check "paragraph Breaks" and "Wraptext" check boxes in the Display tab of the text box properties. Now this field work same like rich text field and formatting will not work.
BTW, Where did you see the 255 chars limitation for text box.

Code is not required for this. List.asmx webservice is already there in your sharepoint.
Enter following format in the browser to open lists.asmx webservice.

First inser repeating table into the form and then insert Attachment in that Repeating Table.
BTW, You can attache screen shorts in this forum only.
Click on Reply button in the forum.
Click on "Options" tab.
Click on "Add/Update" button.
There you can attach your Screen Shorts".
