  Thanks for your reply. But I would like to perform the submit action without using the code. The scenario is that, when i submit in IP 2003, the introduction part is sent to the users whereas, if i submit from IP 2007, the introduction is missing. Am I really missing something here??

Hi, When i fill the IP form in office 2003 the email works fine. I did the same with a system that has office 2007 and it did not send the content. I guess i designed the form in 2003. But i publihsed it using 2007. Perhaps that is why it works only when form is filled in 2003 than in 2007. Do you know any settings that i need to change in IP ...

  Hi, Yes. I am switching views before sending the email. I am using a email data connection in IP 2007, and the body content is a standard text. The issue here is that , the email is sent with body content to some users, but fails with others.  Kindly suggest. Reuben
