Do you guys know if there is a way to display a text box once the user clicks on a certain other text field?  I.e. they click in the field "Name" and it brings up a text box  Cheers  

Thats right.  No because I have the submit option to show a success message.  We both get this same success message even though his doesn't upload.  What I have noticed is that when on the status bar is says "Submitting Form" mine takes a few seconds but his is almost instant.  So mine is obviously taking a ...
