Yes, a republish solved the problem. It was not a cached version. I did try using  a test user and got the same error. Thanks anyway!

Hi The form is published to the same teamsite, where the document library is placed. And the form was injected as *browser'. I have tried to publish a similar form to the root of our SP site - same result. /Michael

thanks that worked, but generated a new error, when I tried to attach file: Error: The required attributes are missing: 'qRulesFilename' and 'qRulesLink'. The fields are not missing in the form..... The form is uploaded to sharepoint  /Michael
