Hi Is it possible to put a save button on the form and have it save the form with the users ID attached in a central repository? The idea is to rollout Sharepoint soon but at the moment this form will have to go out via the intranet.   Thanks in advance

I can get the lists to work with your data but when I substitute mine I am getting error messages telling me no whitespace is allowed (there are spaces in the original code e.g. Sierra 2500 HD), I have also had a message telling me that a semi colon was expected!  Can you help?  Thanks
