I have a new suggestion to use - I can list the activities in a multiple selection box (populated from the Activity list) with a button that will list all Hazards and Mitigations based on Activities selected. But the rules on the button does not populate the correct data :-( Please help?

Hi Hilary I've uploaded the form. You'll see there is a section to select the activity. Once the activity is selected the repeating sections for Hazzard and Mitigation should be populated based on Activity selected.
