after i published the form on a sharepoint site, the users receives an error message that they don't have Ms .NET 1.1 Framework or some (PIA). is itt neccesary that the users have .NET Framwork installed? and/or InfoPath 2003 Toolkit for Visual studio.NET

Hi Can i develop infopath 2003 with visual studio 2005? I found on MSDN site downloads for developing infopath 2003 with visual studio 2003 and infopath 2007 with visual studio 2005, but nothing for makeing infopath 2003 to be developed by vs 2005. Can you help me?
