I've set up a web service to send data to a database. This generates a schema (I think) which sets up the ... Bizarrely enough, if you are using a date picker there is no option to make it read only and if you use the Now() function in a Text Box it screws the formatting up... Posted to General (Forum) by markperry on 08-19-2005 Make text box non - editable How do I make a text box on a form non - editable by a user, but still visible. Posted to Web Services (Forum) by markperry on 07-12-2005 Re: To retreive Windows user Id How do you do the first part? Do you need to edit the code-behind on a form? There are a lot of people asking this question on the forums, and the responses always tend to be 'use system.environment.username'. It would be nice if someone could do a step - by - step tutorial showing how. Posted to General (Forum) by markperry on 07-12-2005 Re: Capturing the Windows login using web services. Abhishek, I want to do something similar to you. I would be really interested to see how you wrote your web service - do you have any code that you could post or send me? Thanks, Mark Perry. Thanks for the help. Posted to General (Forum) by markperry on 07-08-2005 Re: Create cascading DDL's in InfoPath Hmmm... can't get Greg's example to work. Do I need to replicate what I have in the main data source in the secondary data source?
