I'm creating a form that when submitted it needs to go to specific library. There are 6 libraries, for 6 Health Institutions. When a person submits a form from their specific Health Institution, that form needs to be filed/submitted into that particular library. How do I do this??? Weird question i know, but my customer wants me to see if it's possible that a refrence number is created for each person who comes in to submit a form? IS THIS POSSIBLE??

I have succesfully made many forms, but how do you get the submit,, close, and print view buttons (but it looks like a section) at the bottom of the form, rather than a ribbon at the top???? This has been so annoying for me. Al
