Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by camens on 02-04-2013 Qdabra 4.3 Installation Error I installed Qdabra 4.3 and it seemed to work. However, when installing the sample forms by dragging them on to the file entitled FormsInstaller, I get a long Class Not Registered error. Any suggestions? Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by camens on 02-04-2013 SubmitToSharePointList Question I am using SubmitToSharePointList to create new items, with about 8 fields in each item. However, I also need to be able to edit these items. So when the ID of the item to edit is entered, I am using the default value properties fields to bring in the list information. I then allow the user to update the information, and I'd like to use ... So I could create multiple data connections to the same list, but use the query fields to limit what loads....that way I can have large lists that load only partially when called. I will try that. Thank you for clearing that up for me. Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by camens on 01-29-2013 Re: Using the FilterOwssvr Command Thanks Hillary. That is a great explanation, and I understand what you are saying. I was hoping that there was a way to only load some of the list items into the Infopath form. When my list grows to 5,000 items, I was hoping to speed up the query process, as it keeps getting slower as the database grows. Waiting 60 seconds when someone chooses ... I can currently choose the field(s) I want to load into the form, but I'd like to filter the list items that load, so if I had a list of 1000 items, I could filter it to only load say 300 that matched a certain criteria. Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by camens on 01-29-2013 Using the FilterOwssvr Command I have an active Sharepoint List that continues to grow and could become very large. I have looked into DBXL/MSSQL, but we are on Office 365 so at this point its not an option (although my tech guys are continuing to look into it). I am interested in using the FilterOwssvr command to open a data connection to this large list and only grab ... Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by camens on 01-29-2013 Delete from Sharepoint List I'm using SubmitToSharePointList and it works great. Is there any command to delete a specific list item? Posted to Qdabra qRules (Forum) by camens on 01-23-2013 Re: SubmitToSharePointList question Yes, I use that when editing, but in this case the command is creating a new record and I'd like to be able to grab the newly created ID.
