I had a user role with 3 user names in it and it was working fine.  I added a 4th user name and this 4th user is not recognized in that role.  Is there a limit to number of users that can be added to a role?

I forgot to mention I already checked that, it's set to On version upgrade "Automatically upgrade existing forms".  Something has gone haywire.  I did add the field back in just so it thinks all is ok but it still spits out the error message.
