For the other three users, I have attached a picture (using the Options tab in this forum) that compares the information for the other three users by database. Let me know if this was the information you were looking for, or if there is ... All three databases (DBXLTutorial, QdabraDBXL, QdabraUtility) have these same 5 users: dbo, guest, INFORMATION_SCHEMA, NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE, sys). Please let me know what other information would be helpful to troubleshoot this issue. Thanks, Stuart Posted to Qdabra Database Accelerator (Forum) by stuartward on 08-30-2010 Re: No schema could be derived with the current database connection string In the admin tool, here are the two URLs: URL to Form Template: HTTP://moss.litwareinc.com/QdabraWebService/Forms/ID/192/template.xsn Web Service URL: HTTP://moss.litwareinc.com/QdabraWebService/DbxlDocumentService.asmx I assume these are correct? I've also added the site http://moss.litwareinc.com to my Local Intranet Zone, but I am still ... If I type in the connection string, then immediate click the Save button, I receive the following error: InfoPath cannot complete this action, because of an error in the form's code. [and if I click the Show Details button it states...] Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at ... Posted to Qdabra Database Accelerator (Forum) by stuartward on 08-28-2010 No schema could be derived with the current database connection string I have installed the trial version of DBXL 2.4 and am working my way through the Getting Started material. Everything was going well until I got to Task 6: Configure SQL Mapping. I entered my connection string [Integrated Security=SSPI;Data Source=MOSS.litwareinc.com;Initial Catalog=DBXLTutorial;], tabbed out and clicked the Test Connection link ... In going through the demo, I had set the id field to be an Integer. Turns out, that was the problem. Setting the id to be a text field solved the problem. Now the id number populates within the form and when information is changed and the form is re-submitted, it is updated in SharePoint ... Posted to SharePoint Integration (Forum) by stuartward on 07-27-2010 Re: UpdateListItem SP Thank you for creating this demo. I have followed the instructions exactly, but the list items in SharePoint are not being updated, they are being duplicated each time the form is submitted. I am relatively new to InfoPath, so if there were any other steps necessary to accomplish the id field being populated by SharePoint that were not ... Attached is a image that I hope will explain the situation better than my words can describe. This is a state government form which requires that each character (whether filled out by hand or electronically) sit inside each individual box. I need to create an InfoPath form that exactly duplicates these boxes ... Posted to General (Forum) by stuartward on 07-06-2010 Re: Scannable form - one character per text box Thanks for your reply. That does work, but I was hoping that there was a special control that had been developed for this purpose. I have about a hundred of these scannable input fields to recreate in my form, which would create almost 1,000 individual text boxes. Thanks, Stuart Posted to General (Forum) by stuartward on 07-06-2010 Scannable form - one character per text box I'm trying to develop a form in InfoPath that exactly matches a paper form which allows the user to write in one character per box - for instance, the First Name field contains 15 little boxes for the user to enter their name. Is there a control that mirrors this form function? I realize you can create a text box with one character, but just ...
