Is this 3 different repeating tables? I mean are they bound the the same data source or to different data source? It should not do this if there is a different data source for each repeating table... Could you include your form so we can have a look at it?

I don't know if you could do this without code, but it shouldn't be too difficult to do it with code. Loop through your repeating table, and delete every row that doesn't contain any data. If you want a code sample for this, don't hesitate to ask me. Hope that helps

Put a filter in the default view of your sharepoint list on Created by : [Me]. That way people will only see their forms

Is it a web enabled form? If so you should be able to access it with the infopath client (download the form or select edit in infopath in the dropdown menu of your form)

Ok, the e-mail you send to the approvers, you need to put it in a NEW workflow, linked to the TASK list. That way, an e-mail will be sent when a new TASK will be created. The same goes for the dynamic string you want. If you put it in the email body of the NEW workflow on the TASK list, it will be working fine.

Could you post the entire OnClick function? including the declaration?

how and when do call the 2 dialog boxes?

Does it change the view AFTER the 2 dialog boxes? Or it doesn't change at all?
