InfoPath Dev

In my info path application I have a requirement to open a word document which the path is in a hyperlink control. If some body have an idea regarding this.  

In my infopath20-03 application I have Rich Text Box.Using a web service I am retrieving values from the oracle data base.In the data base I have a text value already save from another rich text box.The value the database is saving with the HTML tags. I need to display that value with out HTML tags and with the formats. Is there a way to do that

 In my Info path application I am retrieving data from a web service.In the search window I ma entering some values and get some results from the web service.During that time my info path form is getting flickering.Is there way to stop that in info path.
