Hey Jo-anne,
Thank you for this, I will test this out later today or tomorrow and let you know!
**EDIT**
Ok, i'm not sure I follow this, sorry I'm still learning this stuff......here is what I currently have going on:
I have a SharePoint List with three columns: Company Name, Manager Name, E-Mail
In my InfoPath form ...

Thanks Ernesto. I did see this and was hoping there was some method I didn't know about that was really easy!! Anyways, I will work on my report using CopyTable in this fashion as you've said it should work, just didn't want to do it if in the end it wasn't going to work.

Yes, these are controls that are bound to the removed data sources.
Thanks!
-
No, you have it right, thanks!
Looks like I need to do something on the Sharepoint side to filter out the blank entries. On the Infopath side I need to be able to let users skip some fields if it doesn't apply to them. I need this only becuase once the form goes out there will be thousands of users/entries so I'm trying to keep things ...

You'll need to select a repeating node in your schema. I don't see a repeating node in Workbook. Maybe it's within one of the groups?
-
You can right click on a field, select Reference, then select the group where you would like to add that control.
-
You could use a Combo Box control in InfoPath to allow user to select an item from the dropdown OR type in a value themselves.
-
You might be able to use CopyTable, with the second CopyTable command using some sort of filter to ensure grabbing the correct data from List B.
Though I haven't tried the scenario myself, I get the feeling that it might be better to use an iteration to copy this data. Basically, your form would count the number of List A rows, insert them ...

Could you clarify what you mean by "orphaned fields?" Are you referring to controls that were previously bound to the removed data sources, or something else?

Hi - On your upload button, you need to change the rule "Save Images to SharePoint" to set the value of the qRules Command field - it is currently setting the Picture field to your command.
