OH!
I understand now.. That makes perfect sense. Thanks Hilary. You ROCK!

So - obviously the questions will each need their own answer field. I would not use checkboxes for this, but would use radio buttons instead in the form. In the form, in the main data source, select the field for question 1. Click the dropdown and you should have the option to insert option buttons. See attached screenshot.

My work laptop won't allow me to share nothing.. it sucks!
I even tried to do a screenshot in here.. nothing.
How about this ex.
1. Today you used a cashiers check. [Check Box] LOB [Check box] A
2. Do customers stay over 10 mins? [Check Box] LOB [Check box] A

I've tried to bind 'Check Boxes' which is the option I want (Check Boxes).
The only thing with that is.. you get two new separate variables. I was trying to make one Variable and have both 'LOB" & "A" as choices.. but just side by side in InfoPath.

So - I'd think you could bind some radio buttons to the field and then just set their values to the allowed values. Have you tried that? Then you could lay them out as you like instead of using a dropdown?

Is the list form customized in InfoPath?
-
Hi Hilary,
We will view this in the 'Form' via via SharePoint "Edit (link to edit item)".
So yeah.. Using a SharePoint Custom list to create the variable with 2 choices (right now).. then a QC will use the form to rate the record from SharePoint.

Help me out a little :) Where are you viewing this that you want it side by side? Are you talking about in an InfoPath form? Customized List Form? In the List view itself? Other?
