So - I'm not sure, as you didn't include pictures, just your form (and the form has the compiled code, not the source code). But my guess would be that you need to actually copy the Microsoft.SharePoint dll onto your local machine and reference it in the code references. This is presuming you are doing your development on a machine without ...

List forms already have a field for attachments. You'll need to use that in order to save the attachment to the list. You should be able to just drag the field from the fields taskpane onto the form.

Well, I'd probably put the secondary data connection on the form somewhere - the query and the data fields. Then I'd add a button that just queries the data connection. That way you can test by manually putting a PO box in the query field and clicking the button to run the query. That may help you track down the issue.

I think you are pretty close here. In the new view, you can see that the checkbox will store "yes" or "no" for its value, and the checkbox in the edit view, for the main data source field, is true or false. InfoPath won't let use change the values used for a checkbox bound to a secondary data source field in the designer ...

You mention you turned off content types - but was the template a content type? If so, it may be someplace else.... If you download one of the completed forms and open the ...

So - it's been a while since I've used SharePoint Designer workflow - but I think there might be an action for calling a web service? If so - you can get list attachment URLs with the REST API (test the URL in your browser first, to verify) - with a rest endpoint like: ...

Looking at your latest sample form from another post, I think you resolved this by changing to a date picker.

Thanks for the sample. This is just an InfoPath oddity - you'll probably need to use another secondary data source for your dropdown values instead of trying to manually enter the choices. As you can see, the dropdown control won't let you pick a default value when manually adding options on a dropdown bound to a secondary data source. You ...

See attached. Right click the attached file, save the file locally. Right click the locally saved file, select design to open in design mode. Then you can check the conditional formatting on the sections, and give it a try in preview.
