The process is identical to how you did the others. The main thing to remember is that user roles are assigned in top-down order. So you want to have the role with the most rights in the form at the top. This is because a user might exist in two or more roles, and if you have the most restrictive role at the top, you are limiting them to always be ...

MSHTA.exe doesn't do anything in-and-of itself. It is used to open .HTA files. Google "MSHTA.exe" for more info.
Likely, the .HTA file it tried to open had a problem.

Are you developing in InfoPath 2003 or 2007? If 2007, make sure that you are set to use the 2003 coding OM by going to Tools | Form Options | Programming: C# (InfoPath 2003 Compatible). This because you are using IP03 C# syntax.

Thanks Albert. I should note that this will only work in InfoPath 2007 as InfoPath 2003 does not support dynamic button labels. Well, not entirely true. The InfoPath 2003 DESIGNER does not support them. But if you design in InfoPath 2007, the InfoPath 2003 edit will display them.

You must also, when populating a date node via code, ensure that the xsi:nil attribute is removed before trying to set the value, or you will receive an error. The use of ...

I'm out of ideas here. Unfortunately there are still a good number of things that InfoPath could improve upon to make this a more fully functional enviornment to develop in, and we are only on the 3rd release--so they are still getting good feedback from customers like yourself on things that are needed.

Unfortunately, this is outside my scope of knowledge.... does someone else what to jump in here to help?
