Thanks again Patrick for a quick response. I always like the fact that I have an issue like this and ask you guys for help and get a reply so quickly.
You have confirmed everything for me exactly. I tried using the time field in InfoPath then the dateandtime with only time but no go.
I tested a blank Infopath form published to share-point ...

Hi Amlwwalker and welcome!
Qdabra (sponsor of this forum) has a bunch of Survey webinars on YouTube. Here's a link to one that you may have seen: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-G15mweP48Q
We do provide an incredibly cheap training kit that includes How-To documents, deployment steps and the actual Survey sample forms: ...

Hi Max,Add a rule to your repeating control that sets the fieldPercent in your repeater using the functionl 100-sum(fieldPercent). InfoPath uses Unicode. Why would you need to change the character set? Just change the font to be the one with the characters you need to display.Good luck!

Hi Araisbec and welcome!
This is a relatively simple thing to do an there are lots of code snippets in this forum for doing this.
Make sure you are selecting the namespace first before you attempt to add it.
In fact, this request is so common that we included it in the qRules plugin that we offer - the command is called Insert.

Hi DBaker,
I would convert the form to a Universal Data Connection and then your form will work in the browser.
The Web service itself will have to be installed on one of the IIS servers in your domain and it will have to be set up to access your SQL database.
Good luck!

Sorry to be the bearer of ...

Hi Scott,
You can get definitely get the computer name from the environment variables, but your form will have to be set to Full Trust security.
Qdabra Software pays for this free forum and our goal is to respond to 90% of all posts, but we can't write code for everyone who asks since it would take too much time and we are a small company ...

Hi Jurgen,
Why not just use default values and number them yourself to begin with. For new rows, you can have a rule on the repeating control that just sets your number column using the same formula. That way it only fires when a row is added and you get the first 31 (or whatever the default is) auto-numbered so you won't hit the browser ...

Two things to try: Clear the InfoPath cache on that machine. Start->Run "infopath /cache clearall" Repair Office. Control Panel -> Program Files ->Office -> Repair. My guess is that #1 will do the trick. But, if not, there's a good chance #2 will.
If you still get no love after these two, we'd be happy to provide ...

Hi MrWilde,
If you're using a SharePoint list form, you don't have the Time only field type option. So, you should choose DateTime type. I'm guessing you did but that you are just using the Time component. This should still not cause a problem since it will insert today's date as the default. I just tried it and it promotes to ...
