Yes I did. I even removed the whole Office 2007 Ultimate from my system. After install the whole Office 2007 Ultimate I noticed a few things:
1. it doesn't ask for activation the product

Yes, this can probably be achieved by writing custom code.
We accomplish this using the qRules command ChangeConnectionUrl. Here's an introductory video to qRules if you're interested in learning more.

Could you check the Rule/Logic Inspector? I would suspect there's another rule somewhere, on submit, that is overwriting the previously set value of the time the other button was clicked.
