Hi Jacqui,
The error image you attached isn't showing, but I'm guessing it's because of the credentials for the DB. Does the SQL DB live on the same physical server that is running SharePoint? If not, you may have to manually change the credentials in the UDC file.

Hi Parin and thanks for the excellent question!
You cannot store it in an XML secondary data source (2DS) included in the form template since but if you use an external SharePoint list for your secondary data source you could add rows to it when they choose "other" and that would preserve it for next session. This is a common ...

Hi David,
Thanks for the excellent question.
Jo-Anne Alfafara did a webinar in January showing how to map tasks in a form to a task list in SharePoint:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4oQ7QdpYdx8&feature=share&list=PL581899A129522F53 We also did two webinars focusing on dashboards in February and ...

Hi Kiwiboer,
Haven't seen this. I have seen issues with IE10 and other web sites though. Seems IE10 is a pretty big change from IE9.
Can your user install one of those free ZoomIt tools (I use ZoomIt64.exe) and use that instead? I know that will work to view. Not sure it will to enter values though.
Good luck,
P

Hi Ace07,
Sure, we'd be happy to help, but since this is specific to a third-party web site we'd have to get paid for an hour of training: http://www.qdabra.com/webstore/c/4/product-support.
Have you tried contacting S.Y.M. Wongaton or purchasing one of her books? That might be a cheaper alternative.
Happy hunting,

Hi Aldo,
Renewing the certificate with the same key should be sufficient. You should not have to republish the form templates. If you add a new certificate, you will have to add to each template and republish.
You may not need to have full trust forms. We only see a real need for full-trust forms in 1-2% of scenarios. We do see a lot of ...

Hi Jimmy,
You should be able to submit an XML form to an Office 365 library from a separate Web site but it will likely require specifying credentials in your form's UDCX file. The SharePoint submit data connection will have to be converted to a UDCX and then you'll have to hardcoded credentials so that your public site can save data to ...

Hi Luke,
Yes, that should be the case.

Hi Stefan,
I would use the SharePoint 2010 REST Web services to get at this. REST will support contains and SharePoint provides all information available to InfoPath via REST. Microsoft's Channel 9 training center has some videos that Hilary Stoupa did that talk about how to configure your InfoPath form to query REST data. We've also ...

Hi Vishy,
Your rules must have some condition problems or ordering issues. Can you attach your XSN so we can take a look?
Thanks!
